Double speed design (Speed shift)
The double speed function is achieved by the CPU motor and controlling system. 20-22Km/h speed is designed for Japanese and European market and 30-32Km/h speed is for American and Canadian regulations. Speed function is selected by the green button shown above.

CPU-motor
Here at Easyriders we have developed an advanced programmable CPU motor with power linearity output characteristic. On condition of limiting total power, the strong CPU motor could increase output torque greatly (up to 50Nm) and at the same time an increase in the distance you can travel for a given

battery size. Our brushless motors are precision engineered with high quality components. A very long and reliable lifetime of the motor is achieved through our advanced design and quality bearings. Furthermore CPU motors are very low noise and high efficiency.


EABS-Electric Absorption Braking System
We now also provide regenerative braking systems (EABS). Instead of wasting the energy of braking we now use our motor as a braking device. The motor when used for braking will generate electricity hence transforming the wasted energy of braking back into the batteries as usable energy. That is the motor will transform from initiative driving power to passive automatic damping set in braking, and the power accompanied with motor will transform to electric power. Up to 4 amps of current can be supplied back into the batteries when you are braking or going down a steep hill. Thus the range you can travel on our bikes is substantially increased.


BM-online charger
BM charger has absorbed ¡°intelligent charging¡± and ¡°on-line maintenance¡± functions from BTM technique. Our intelligent charging system ensures that on every charge cycle the lifetime of the battery is maximised. Some top-grade models are equipped with BM on-line charger.


BTM-Battery Testing & Maintenance
Further to reduce the cost of battery replacement we have introduced a Battery Testing and Maintenance (BTM) service scheme. Instead of battery replacement it is now possible to restore battery performance through our BTM service centers after the battery capacity has been declined, through renewing electrolysis liquid and active substance by BTM machine to extend a batteries useable lifetime and reduce ongoing costs for the customers.


Flexible battery set
The flexible battery set is based upon the consideration of multi-electrical sources supply power. By special flexible charging and discharging project, special charger to transform power supply source free on line, and flexible set solve the problems of ¡°on board charging¡± and ¡°off board charging¡±, ¡°single battery¡± and ¡°double batteries¡± charging. The open structure design of flexible set enables user to choose right power project and the descendent battery ROD improves battery using condition and extends battery life. Flexible set is good for fixed trip, long trip, inconvenient charge and job commuting.


PAB or PAS of Easyriders
We now provide our bikes with automatic power adjust (Pedelec) and/or throttle control. The Pedelec system is referred to as PAS in Japan and PAB in Europe.With the Pedelec system when you begin to pedal the motor will automatically assist you and adjust the motor power automatically according to the how much power is needed.

We are now achieving ranges of between 80 to 100 km with high quality 36volt (12amphour batteries) using the Pedelec system (the range of course also depends on the terrain and wind conditions). On the condition of ignoring mileage, the battery capacity can be reduced to 7AH to lighten weight.
