WHY an Ebike?
People like to ride electric bikes because they:-
- enjoy the feeling of riding a bicycle - except for hills, starts, and headwinds
- prefer their local errands to be easy, slow paced and scenic
- like to save money, meet new people, and protect the environment
- look for extra chances to exercise - even if it’s just a little
- still need convenient, point-to-point transportation after losing their driving privileges
- want their own traffic "lane", convenient parking spots and shortcuts
- considered a gas-powered moped or small motorcycle, but dislike the noise, smell, starting problems and special laws
- deserve more fun and freedom in their lives.
 

Reporting a problem:
Shortage: You have to report shortage to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery and sign the delivery accordingly, or your claim will not be considered;

Missing contents/Item not-as-described: You have to report missing contents/item not-as-described to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery, or your claim will not be considered;

Damage: You have to sign the delivery as "DAMAGED" AND report damage to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery, or your claim will not be considered

Delivery
There is a £40 delivery charge for all e-bikes, except on Saturdays, when an extra charge of £20 is payable. Sunday delivery is not available. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, the charge is £100, Monday to Saturday.

If we receive your order by 2pm, (subject to availability of stock) we can deliver by the next working day, guaranteed. Please note: If you are paying by cheque, delivery can only be guaranteed after the cheque has cleared. We recommend you make payment by credit card or Paypal.

Alternatively, for your convenience, you can arrange to pay in person and collect your new e-bike from our showroom. Please contact us to order and arrange delivery.
